The pulmonary nodule attached to anatomical structure such as chest wall or blood vessels, is segmented automatically by analyzing the structure of interest. A template showing the segmentation of the pulmonary nodule, is adjusted according to a set of parameters. An Independent claim is also included for pulmonary nodule segmentation refining method.
