The apparatus includes a cylinder (130) set between reciprocating motors (121,122) within a casing (110). The cylinder forms a compression space (S1) having suction side and discharge side alternately opened or closed by a suction valve assembly (150) and a discharge valve assembly (160) respectively, such that the compression space is alternately connected to suction and discharge pipes. The suction and discharge pipes are set at the sides of the casing. The motors have armatures (121C,122C) coupled to pistons (141,142) that slide relative to the cylinder. Spring support plates (171A,172A) are coupled to the armatures and installed with oil kickers (181,182) at its outer surfaces, in which the kickers kick the oil filled inside the casing during the reciprocation of the reciprocating motors.
