Arrangement for use with a motor vehicle for use in determination of toll fees accruing during use of toll roads. The arrangement comprises position determination means, a memory and a computer with a communications device for transmission of toll data and for transmission and receipt of data from other vehicles. An Independent claim is made for a method for determining tolls to be charged to a vehicle whereby the vehicle communicates with other vehicles to determine a toll rate.
