The hydro-abrasive cleaning suspension is charged with a compressed gas jet to produce aerosol particles and the ratio of mass consumption of hydro-abrasive suspension to gas does not exceed 1 : 2 at speeds of the gas flow above 200 m/s. The distance between the outlet cross-section of the compressed gas jet from the nozzle and the outlet cross-section of the outlet opening for the suspension varies. Independent claim describes device comprising container (1) for suspension, gas nozzle (4) to which atomising gas is supplied, and nozzle with outlet opening to which suspension is supplied from container.
