The strapping, for therapeutic treatment of a human shoulder joint, has a shoulder cover (2) in the correct anatomic shape, together with anatomic covers (3) for the upper and/or lower arm. They are linked together by rigid and elastic connectors which simulate the muscle functions in given directions. The shoulder cover is held in place by a belt (7) around the chest.
