Control system for building services in which couplers (4) are used to link sensors and actuators (1, 2) to a database (6) in which the floor and room of the couplers are identified. A web server (8) is used for read-write access to the database, while a bus system is used to link a real time control computer containing the database to the web server and couplers. The invention also relates to a corresponding control method.
