The guiding sleeve (1) is inserted into the tissue, providing an opening for the trocar (5) and in a second step for the drill (9). The drill (9) is provided with a scale (12A) on its cylindrical outer surface (11A) indicating the depth of drilling and with two recesses (14A) at its shaft for being joined to the jaws of a power tool. A thread cutter (15A), also provided with a scale (18A) at its outer surface (17A), can also be guided in the sleeve (1) as well as a screw driver (21).
