The building has all wall sections and floor sections as flat elements encompassed by steel frames formed by hollow profiles. The outlet of a warm air and/or cooling air generator preferably in the loft area of the building is connected to at least one of the hollow profiles. The hollow profiles of a story are in intercommunication in relation to air circulation in such a way that the directing of supply air to the individual stories and preferably to the individual rooms of each story. The warm air and cooling generator preferably has an inlet for receiving return air (10) which is connected to a hollow profile section through which feed air (9) does not flow.
