A device has a system for generating an acoustic space with multiple loudspeakers, which use their frequency-dependent phase- and amplitude- modulated triggering device to create a virtual acoustic source in a preset position. The system for generating the acoustic space remains in contact with sensors for detecting the surrounding field of a technical device. An independent claim is also included for a method for positioning acoustic sources to generate warning/data signals via loudspeakers in technical devices to warn a user from a direction focused on an object or dangerous situation.
