The pipe/cable underground construction unit comprises a compartment (2) made from metal units (1) with pipe (3) side edges running along and opposite slit pipes (4) with further slits. The slit pipes prevent burying and the slits run at an angle to the edge of the metal units. A rubber sealing runs along the longitudinal edge of the slits in the slit pipes. Connecting elements for the units have insertions for fitting between a ringed flange and the slit pipes.
