The seat scooter enables the rider to operate the steering cross tube (3) with the feet, and the rider sits on the longitudinally extending support axis (1) of the rear wheel (5). The scooter comprises only two support frame sections, namely a main tube of wood, metal or plastic, and a front cross tube also of wood, metal or plastic. The main tube and cross tube are interconnected by at least one permanently elastic element (2) which is variable in its pretensioning and in the installation angle. The scooter has three wheels, rollers or tires without additional steering mechanisms. Independent claims are included for a main tube and for a cross tube which each constitute frame sections of the scooter.
