The cart has a floor plate (4) to support the rubbish bag (28). The front wheels (5) are arranged on either side of the floor plate and the rear wheel (6) swivels on a forward frame extension (14) and has a brake (20). The frame (2) has a handlebar (21), and carries a box (17) and a lid (23) and a support ring (22) for the rubbish bag.
