The press wind turbine is for operation in Antarctica where the wind direction is unstable and has a mast as stator. The rotor head has a hollow, vertical wind direction rotary axis with a ''wind gap nose formation'', which encloses the mast and supports two pressure chamber rotors. The pressure chamber rotor is similar to a water wheel. The excess pressure is produced by two excess pressure twin funnels which are open to teh wind direction. The ''wind gap nose formation'' points into the wind and is similar to a vertical wedge, which divides the wind for operation of the twin rotors.
