The transporting trailer for a two-wheeler comprises a chassis, and lower sections comprising moisture-resistant plates and with single axle or two axle wheels. The trailer has a universal joint coupling (7) for connection of a towing bar (6) and a clamp mounting (5) for attachment to the trailer. The center of gravity lies beneath the axles of the wheels. A safety hood (2) has a fixed connection to the lower section of the trailer and has a hinged loading and unloading door (3) secured by a lock (9).
