The fastening device for a rod-shaped component has clamping components (9) installed in an angled position at right angles to the longitudinal axis (6) of the rod-shaped component (1) and by their inner ends lie against the circumference of the rod's fastening end (2). A common mounting component (10) is provided for all clamping components and is fixed on the holding section (4) of the base element in the longitudinal direction of the rod but movable at right angles to it, and encompasses the fastening end of the rod and upon which bear the clamping components by their outer ends.
