The height-adjustable, multi-flexible exercise apparatus for expanding and strengthening the musculature of the human body comprises an upper T-shaped profile (1), of which the horizontal part forms a location (9) for the human body. The upper T-shaped profile is accurately and height-adjustably installed in a lower T-shaped profile (2) via fixture components (10). On the horizontal part of the lower T-shaped profile, stand components (3,4) are fitted, on which fixture components (A,B,C,D) are arranged for fixture of elastic components. The upper and lower T-shaped profiles are formed as tubular components. The fixture component for height adjustment of the upper T-shaped profile is an adjustment screw.
