A telescopic bar (15) is positioned underneath the central part (6) of the carrying frame (1) fixed at the rear (3) and extending at the front (2). The frame (1) can be attached to a tractor and is fitted with pulling facilities (5) for more attachments at the rear (3). Several tool carrying elements (7) are swivel mounted to vertical axles (8) located at the lateral frame parts. Each element (7) is also provided with a longitudinal slot facilitating a horizontal motion along a guide pin positioned at both sides along the telescopic bar (15). When the telescopic bar (15) is pulled or pushed the carrying elements (7) are either moved into a transversal working position or in a transport position within the frame (1).
