The single glove (1) is made of several layers of a heat resistant and insulating material, preferably of leather and/or a material produced of natural fibers. It is symmetrically shaped, either designed as a mitten (1) or with a separate insertion space for each finger in order to facilitate wearing the glove (1) with the right hand as well as with the left hand. The upper part can be of a longer shape, similar to a gauntlet, protecting the wrist and the forearm. A loop (6) is ideally sewn to the side of the thumb facilitating the insertion of the hand while the glove (6) is still hung to a hook and a tool is held with the other hand.
