A second feeding unit (50) supplies a cover layer (84) which passes between a second pair of heating rolls (31,32) where it is bonded to the adhesive coated substrate to form a woven fabric. An independent claim is included for a woven fabric comprising a substrate, an adhesive layer and a cover layer which are heated and rolled to form a bonded laminate.
