The joint piece for the connecting of two pipes comprises a connecting sleeve (1) with a bell mouth (27) and a pipe-shaped angle piece (3). An annular ring which is rotatable around the longitudinal axis of the connecting sleeve is fitted in the bell mouth, with the angle piece rotatable inside the ring so that the angle piece is rotatable in relation to the connecting sleeve around its own longitudinal axis and around the longitudinal axis of the connecting sleeve.
