The walking aid has a standing support with a leaning element (4) which is fixed to both side supports (3) and has knobs. An extension (3.1) on both sides of the side supports has an adjuster (5) with a right-angled support with a screw (5.1) and spacer sleeve (5.2) fixed in the middle of the rear side of the side support. The extension is formed as one piece with the side supports.
