A conversion circuit has a rectifier circuit (11) for the power source voltage for actuating a driver element (IC2) of the motor into a pulsed DC voltage. A power/output smoothing circuit (12) smoothes the pulsed DC voltage in order to reduce large voltage changes and to reduce the zero-voltage ratio in a full working cycle and to output a smoothed pulsed DC voltage at a coil (L1) of the motor. A low-voltage stabilizing circuit (13) stabilizes the pulsed DC voltage at a low voltage and outputs it to the driver element (IC2) of the motor.
