A high-capacity cooling system consists of an internal and an external cooling unit, where both cooling units are thermally coupled by direct contact surfaces and the external cooling unit is designed as a fan-unit with forced convection, and the internal cooling unit is designed as a liquid cooler and/or passive cooling unit.
