Sandwich composite element is a pre-fabricated dry construction element with or without round, oval or angular media-guiding pipe elements (2) made of plastic, metal or composite material. The composite element also comprises a support (1), intermediate layers, and a covering plate (4). The composite element is 5.0-200.0 mm thick. Preferred Features: The support/plate element has a smooth, perforated or profiled shape and is made of gypsum plaster board, gypsum fiber board or other materials. The pipe elements and the support are joined together by a force-locking connection or are laid on top of each other. The pipe elements are made of plastic, copper, aluminum, steel or composite materials. The covering plate is made of gypsum plaster board, gypsum fiber board or other materials. The intermediate layers are made of a composite material of fire-proof class A, B or C.
