The seeds of oilseed rape and grapes (14) are cleaned, dried and freed of dust as far as possible before they are filled into a cover (12) made of a natural textile material like cotton, linen, or hemp. The cushion (10) can be heated in a conventional or a microwave oven and keeps the required temperature for a reasonable long time. The grape seeds in particular evaporate a pleasant scent when heated. For some specific purposes the device (10) can also be cooled down in a freezer before use.
