The rotating and protected jet cleaner, to clean the interior of vessels and containers, is of the sealed and conductive drive sequence material American Iron & Steel Institute (AISI) 316 L. It has a number of exchangeable, encapsulated and conductive replacement heads of AISI 316 L. A bevel reduction gear (4) in the replacement heads is wholly encapsulated by the outer contour (9,10) against soiling from the exterior, to drive the jet carrier (11) on two rotating planes. The inner drillings at the replacement head carry the cleaning fluid from the fluid supply (13) to clean the interior of the head, and the cleaning fluid is forced out through drillings against beating heads (8) to clean the exterior of the head.
