The open-air bread oven/grill has a housing (1) made from metal 3mm thick and a U-shaped holding grip. The oven roof (8) is curved and has an exactly fitting frame made from metal 2mm thick. Inside the oven is a hot plate (4) and an upper hot plate (5) which is separated from the rest of the oven. A wooden stove (2) lies underneath the oven and a connecting plate (6) is at a 45o angle to the upper hot plate.
