The fastening device for profiled rails with a C-form cross section has a mounting plate (20) with holders (18) which fit between the sides of the profiled rail, and bendable locking tabs (32) which are bent against the outer flanks of the sides of the profiled rail after assembly of the fastening device and profiled rail. At least two spaced apart design bend lines (34,38) are provided in the region between the mounting plate and locking tabs and which crease over during the bending of the locking tabs.
