The soap dispenser has a container (13) connected to a fixed tube (12) passing through the flat horizontal surface near the washbasin (11). The filling container (14) may be rectangular with one corner cut away and a filling tube (5) is attached to this corner using a screw connection (3). The outside diameter of the filling tube is smaller than the inside diameter of the fixed tube, leaving an annular space (16) for escape of air. A shoulder (17) on the filling tube rests on the top rim of the fixed tube (18) which has a groove (19) to allow escape of air. There is a non-return valve at the end of the filling tube and the liquid soap flows out through lateral slits (6) in the end.
