The collapsible panel (1) is for use at exhibitions, seminars and in schools and has a display section (7) with a surface (3) secured between vertical components (2), a foot component (4) and a vertically running support component (6) supporting the display section. Connecting devices (8) fix the display section to the foot component. At least the sides of the vertical components pointing away from the side of the surface and the support component (optionally also the connecting devices with the panel assembled) are aligned with one another. Connected to the vertical components are horizontal components (9) which secure the surface.
