The container of especially corrugated cardboard has a main section forming six or more side surfaces, and a bottom section forming a bottom surface and bottom edges allocated to the side surfaces. A first bottom edge (4) is fastened to one of the side surfaces. The bottom surface is unfolded even in the folded flat state of the container, and the other bottom edges (5-11) in the folded flat state fold onto the bottom surface, for which fold grooves (22,23) are formed on the bottom edges.
