The anchoring device for a mudguard attachment yoke has a C-form support (3) fitted on a wheel fork and connected to an outer anchoring element (4). The C-form support in its higher sidewall has a first toothed engagement section (343) with a hole (344) in the center. The outer anchoring element has a second toothed engagement section (41) also with a hole in the center, whereby the first toothed section of the support has a protruding edge (345) around the hole to fit in a countersunk recess (431) around the hole (43) in the second toothed section, thereby providing angular adjustment around the center.
