The wheel rim comprises two half-bodies (11,12), each having a center section (111,121) with a collar (113,123) extended outwards or designed with decorations on it, and an edge section (112,122) encompassed by a rubber tire (2). Either the center section or edge section has corresponding fastening devices to attach the two halves of the rim together so as to form a complete rim. The fastening devices may be protrusions and recesses, plug-in supports (114,124), or screws (3) and nuts (4).
