Material melting device comprises: main charging cylinder (2); a number of preheated charging cylinders (3) arranged parallel to one side of main cylinder; and several material inlet openings (31A, 31B, 31C) connected via guiding tubes (4A, 4B, 4C) to main cylinder, so that one inner side of the preheated charging cylinders are preheated to obtain preheated grains by adjusting the screw rods (32). Material falls from the material inlet openings as preheated grains into the main charging cylinder. The preheated grains are mixed with a liquid material.
