A device for inputting and read-out of data for communication of a blind or partially-sighted person to a computer, comprises at least one line of mutually-adjacent Braille modules and a control device. The control device has input elements which are each formed by two input sensors lying one above the other and two adjacent input sensors. The input sensors are arranged on the end-face of a housing (1) on the surface of which is located the line of Braille-modules (3).
