The blade (10) is made of band-steel and has a pointed cutting edge (14) with a rounded tip (16) at its lower end and is also tapered at the opposite end (18) which is provided with a straight cutting edge (20). The rounded tip (16) is made of the hardest material, while the main body (12) is softer. The level of the hardness of the straight end (20) is located between the hardness of the rounded tip (16) and the body (12). The proportions of the areas (12, 16, 20) and their particular hardness protect the blade (10) from getting permanently deformed.
