摘要

An ultrasound microphone (1) on the mastoid bone picks up frequencies not normally perceivable by the human ear, and transforms them to the audible range using a frequency generator (2) and an oscilloscope (4). After transformation, the picked-up sound is amplified so that external persons and the patient can hear it.
