The planetary mill has a rotatable carrier unit (12) and a breaker drum holder (15) driven along with it. A mass-balancing device is installed on the carrier unit and has an adjustable counterweight (28) installed on a rail. The rail (27) is installed at an angle to the rotational plane of the carrier unit, rising outwards from the central axis (13) of the carrier unit in such a way that the distance of the center of gravity of the counterweight from the rotational plane of the carrier unit changes with displacement of the counterweight along the rail.
