The prosthesis is assembled of a foot part (100), covered with a soft material (200) in the shape of a real foot, an ankle shaft (50), an ankle element (60), and a leg part (300). The foot part (100) is provided with one longitudinal (24) and two short vertical spaces (26) for the accommodation of individually adjustable helical springs (30, 70, 71), being compressed and released with every step. The particular configuration of the holding device (56) joined to the socket (54) with matching threaded areas, and the vertical ankle shaft (50), comprising an integrated ball and socket joint, facilitates a quick and easy assembly and servicing of the device.
