The cooker has a seal (23) with one part that has a muffle flange (7) and an additional seal (25) held on the muffle flange on the oven door. An additional seal is thinner than the distance from the thermal front plate of the oven door and an air channel is separated by the seal which extends of the depth of the door base. A clamp holds the seal in the upper quarter of the muffle flange.
