The mobile cleaning device comprises a frame supporting a cleaning table and detachable cleaning agent container (14) installed inside a collecting tank (13) which is detachably connected to the frame as a slide-in unit. The collecting tank has running wheels (19,20,24,25) and after detachment from the frame is movable together with the cleaning agent container accommodated within it independently of the frame. The collecting tank is constructed as a three-wheeled mobile unit, whereby one axle has two running wheels and the second axle has a guide wheel.
