The synchronous balanced brake unit comprises a rectangular housing with a T-shaped opening (11) in the base for a L-shaped slide plate (30) which has an arc-shaped slot (31) and a round hole (32) for a balance component (40) which by a screw (41) is fastened on the round hole and has a smaller screw (42) which can slide in the arc-shaped slot. The balance component has a circumferential slot (43) to accommodate the brake cable (50) of the rear brake. The vertical member of the slide plate has rectangular holes for two pull plates (60) which pull on the slide plate. The brake cable (70) of the front brake is attached to the pull plates by screws (80).
