The wooden modular house has a foundation component (21) prefabricated from water-tight concrete and is constructed as a support element for a self and load alleviating insulating core and a part of the floor of the ground story, and as an interconnection point for all supply and disposal lines and as well as wire connected communication connections of the house. All the installation connections to the core are constructed to correspond to the latter's connections.
