The labelling device in the form of a manipulator (1) has a labelling head (3) which has a center fixed arm (5), a left arm (6) and a right arm (7), whereby the left and right arm are constructed preferably in L-form and are pivotable by 90 degrees in relation to the longitudinal axis of the labelling head. The labelling head is mounted on an extension arm (2), and a vacuum plate (11) for holding the middle of a label (10) is installed on the end of the center fixed arm furthest from the extension arm. A left hand (12) and a right hand (13) vacuum head are installed on the respective left and right arms.
