The corrugated compression spring has a corrugated spring element (2) with the corrugation apexes (5) of one winding (4) in contact with the corrugation valleys (9) of the adjacent winding (6). The spring on its opposite axial ends has a connecting section (10,11), whereby the connecting section on one axial end is orientated towards a corrugation apex of the winding adjacent to the end side winding, and the connecting section on the other axial end is orientated towards a corrugation valley of the winding adjacent to end side winding.
