The assembly for recycling discarded rubber pneumatic tires has a reactor (1), with a perforated basket (2) for the raw materials to be processed. A heating unit (4) raises the temperature of a liquid solution of bitumen and mastic, to be moved through the reactor by pumps (5,6) in an upwards flow. The assembly has a system of pipes with a feed pipe (7) and a flow pipe (8), with a back recirculating pipe (9) linking them together at the reactor side.
