The invention relates to a N-(2,4- or 2,5-disubstituted tetrahydrofuryl alkyl)-N-(phenylethyl- beta -ol)amine derivative, under a racemic or enantiomer form, of general formula I IMAGE I wherein R represent various radicals and n is of from 1 to 10, to a process for the preparation of said derivative, and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same.
