A closure body (11) is adjustable between a position closing the recess and one in which it opens it. Connected to the recess is an outlet channel (17). The connector (4) is movable in the recess (9) and is so coupled to the closure body that with the recess closed it is withdrawn and when the recess is open it is pushed outwards. The connector in both its outwardly pushed and withdrawn positions is subjected to spring force. The closure body is formed as a flap cover (11). The recess is formed from a hollow cylindrical part (3) of the housing body. The connector at its free end has a tubular section (5), preferably with a connecting piece.
