methods for testing the independence and compatibility of a software module

摘要

Before the functions are integrated in the control unit (STG) they are tested for compatibility and independence. The softwa module to be tested is searched according to object code sequences for a write access to illegal areas. The loops and their coun are identified, how the counters are manipulated in the loops is determined, and if the counters have a static limit at the star the loop. The maximum number of loop runs is determined. The object code sequences, which manipulate the interrupt-enable/disable operations, are examined. The maximum run time of single modules is determined.
