A device for securing small chains, cords and straps to spectacle arms comprises a dual fastening system consisting of two flexible rings (1) and (1'), preferably made of neoprene or silicone. In passing through the cylindrical shrunk-on collar (2), the rings exit therefrom and form a loop in which slides the spectacle arm. A device reinforced by a ring also made of neoprene or silicone encircles at right angles the arm interlacing rings (1) and (1') at the exit of the cylindrical collar (2) and receives the compression induced by the arm passage. Said device confines the compression by redirecting it to the rings (1) and (1') which distribute it on the arm periphery, thereby achieving maximum adhesion of the device to the spectacle glass arms. The device according to the invention is chiefly to be used in the spectacle industry.
